# Production

> The production matrix, AI-generated pipelines, sequences, shots, and the review room.

Production is the spine of OriginX. Every project gets a **pipeline** — a set of stages (Storyboard, Layout, Key Animation, Color, Compositing…) that adapt to your format (anime tracks episodes and cuts; manga tracks chapters and pages; VFX tracks shots and plates).

## The production matrix

The **Matrix** view lays out your work as a grid of **pipeline stages × task statuses** (Backlog, In Progress, Review, Approved, Blocked), with WIP limits per stage so you can see the health of every shot at a glance. Switch to **Stage** or **Status** views for a traditional kanban.

## Sequences, shots & tasks

Work is organized as **sequences → shots → tasks**. Assign artists, set priorities, track completion, and map dependencies between stages.

## Review room & client review

Send a **shared review link** — clients and directors watch, leave timecoded comments, and approve or request changes with no login required. Internally, the **Review Room** queues versions for approval with AI quality scoring and side-by-side version compare.
